Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after receiving them. A returned goods authorization (RGA) number is required for all product returns relating to a reimbursement or an exchange. This RGA number can be obtained from your store representative at Multisupplements online store. Under no circumstance will a product return be accepted without an RGA number.

Returned products must be intact and preferably in their original packaging. The invoice and RGA number must accompany the products returned. No returns or exchanges are accepted for personalized and numbered sweaters.

Shipping charges as well as the legal risks related to product returns, except in the case of damaged or defective products, are assumed by the buyer.

Upon receipt and verification of returned products, any sum debited from the buyer's credit card account for the purchase of these products, will be credited except for shipping charges.
